Serving NS really teaches me a lot of things. For example dealing with fuck up ppl or fuck up bosses. I just had a new boss in my branch. He is rather efficient BUT he compromises welfare. From my point of view he seriously needs to be taught how to bulid rapport with his men whether he fucking wants to do it or not.

I dont understand whats with the force, they issue off/leaves and we cant clear as and when we wants it. We are to clear when they give the go ahead signal. What i think of off/leave entitlements is once you are done with your job, you can go ahead and clear off. Even so, give commanders such privilleges. 1 chocolate bar guys receive more privilleges than three right angled guys. ( ARMY TERMS) . Till now i have not seen they proving that they deserve it.
My boss thinks differently of off/leaves. Only when he is not around in the branch, we can go on off/leave. Initially i thought he actually approve my request for my birthday off. In the end i realised that the reason is because he will not be around tmr.
Talking about this, i asked him whether i could clear off on monday and he sent a fucking sms back with the word no in it. NO FUCKING EXPLANATION. Then the next morning, he sent a fucking OK ( HOW THE FUCK I KNOW WHAT THE FUCKING SHIT IS HE TALKING ABOUT?!!). Later in the the evening that day, he messaged me the words 'tmr your clear off'. When i replied okay, he messaged why i never reply earlier on. Fucker.

I am really fucking pissed right now as he just gave me a call and questioned me some stuff. He fucking dont know how to say it nicely or even listen to fucking explanations. I am boiling right now but i am telling this to myself, " I CANT FIRE HIM, I CANT JUST QUIT!! " This is what NS is all about, you cant fucking quit. I have thought of how to deal with such situations. Fucking put in effort in whatever is tasked and fucking act blur when thing is going to turn shitty and will never cover his assess as far as i am concerned. I think my boss dont get the point that he is a branch not in a company line where screaming or push ups or extras help. Cooperation or rapport is what we need and not boss and subordinates relationships! This type of relationship is so easily achieved. It takes a lot to build a subordinates relationships and yet firm when things need to be done. I am still trying to achieve this but my boss who is a regular, should have achieved this LONG AGO.

*REading is very disciplined against MAN u. SO many attacks by MAn u but still no goals! My birthday!!!!!! today!!!!!
