Today i had a wake up 'call'. I was having a cream bread for breakfast. After a few bites, i realised there were ants in the plastic bag!!! Ants were crawling onto my arm. The ants are those small black infant ones. I had to take a shower to wash off those remaining ants......
A few days ago, i failed my ippt. Never train well. Headache. I think i need friends to run with me. More motivating.
