End of BSLC

I have finally completed my Basic Section Leader Course after 11 weeks in SISPEC. I am a corporal........... I received the chevron ( nicer name for corporal rank) immediately after our 28 km road march. IT is a torture for us!! EVeryone is trying to keep still but no one can do so except for those superman. I was fidgeting like i have never done before. DOing squats, shaking off my leg cramps... Some ppl nearly fall flat on their face coz they were sleeping while standing.
My feelings of graduating from BSLC course is very different from when i graduate from BMTC. PArtly because i have to book in on monday and also a corporal rank means really nothing. 100 dollars increase. THats about it.

I am suppose to report to my new camp on monday. I am posted to ARmour school where i will be living my life with tanks in the future. THe camp is located at Lim Chu Kang area! Mindef do not spare a thought for people who lives FAR AWAY like PASIR RIS. WHY they dont send me to paya lebar airbase or somewhere nearer!!

WISH ME the best of luck in my new camp!!! MEanwhile, MAn u vs CHElsea!!

Has google conquered blogger.com? Google is swallowing alot of websites.......
It is my final week to my corporal rank in BSLC before i move on to the next phase of the sergeant course. MY feelings of getting the rank and leaving BSLC-- NEutral. Neither happy or sad. THe reason is because i will be going through the same thing but in greater depth which translate into more xiong!!
I am seriously outdated in news. I only realised that Bush was in singapore after a few days he left. THere is no time for updating yourself, no time for newspapers even...... HAizzz.zz

I am into the seventh week of my BSLC course and left with 3 weeks to my next phase of training. Training has intensified and it will be CAmouflage on and off for the next three weeks. Going to tekong, Lim Chu Kang area to train, proning on muddy area, bashing through thick vegetations, applying tubes of insect repellents.
I have been told that our advancement in NS have been pre-determined way b4 we start our NS. Security clearance and family background do play a part in determining our advancement.. . .. .
Ns do make changes in our lives for example lesser time with family and friends, social circle becoming a small dot and deprived of the knowledge of the latest happenings....
