Something happened this week and When your direct superior never speak up for you or bother to find out what happens or the organisation that you work for doesnt appreciate effort, is result oriented and not process oriented, its time for an attitude change. Fuck the organisation.

ONe month away

Recently i just came back from australia after one month of training. The training was tough, 18 days outfield, breathing in sand, training in chilling weather at night and knocking into huge tress. I had a close shave in australia while training, my vehicle nearly overturn.

Australians are friendly pplz, greeting you whenever they are in contact with you unlike singapore where even though u maintained eye contact with the other guy, he would not even bother to give a smile.

I knocked into a taxi mirror the other day. Felt quite guilty. THe organisation i am in now is really screwed up. No wonder close to none continue working for this huge organisation. CAn someone do something about it!!!
